About me
Rachel Hally joined EBSCO as a Senior Product Manager in May 2022. Prior to that, she was Head of Collection Development at Scarborough Library, Shepherd University, and also worked as a Senior Product Manager for ProQuest and LexisNexis. She currently works on integrations and customizations for EBSCO’s new user interface and also manages EBSCO’s Voice of the Customer program and new UI roadmap. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from Sewanee: The University of the South and a Master’s in Library Science from the University of Maryland at College Park. In her free time, she enjoys reading, knitting, hiking, kayaking, and yoga.
