About me
Over the course of 15 years at EBSCO, Tim has been in Customer Satisfaction, Sales, Training, and Product Management. During these years he has gained extensive experience in EBSCO products, as well as with acquisitions, strategic partnerships, reseller partners (i.e., OpenAthens, ILS Partnerships, etc.), and has extensive firsthand experience with EBSCO customers and libraries all over the world. Tim is responsible for the the User Experience (UX) of EBSCO SaaS Product lines for EDS, EBSCOhost, and Full Text Finder. His EBSCO areas of responsibility include; User Research and Design, API’s, Authentication, Search, Holdings & Linking, Configuration, Integrations, and much more.
