About me
Jens Arneson is the Online Resources Librarian at Eastern Kentucky University, a position he has held since 2013. He works with the Library’s Discovery & Access team to troubleshoot, assess, and renew the Library’s electronic serials and database subscriptions. Areas of particular interest include workflow optimization, usability, and the endless puzzle-solving rabbit holes that are the day-to-day of e-resource support.
